2
Sorts transactions and flags odd ones.
3
Checks the books against the bank.
4
Prepares reports and drafts for your yes.
Approval Before Action

Never files anything

Week one: read-only
All safety rules
Week one is read-only.
Never pays, transfers money or files anything.
Every change to your books and every email needs a numbered yes.
Never deletes records.
Never asks for passwords, one-time codes or full account numbers.
Not a tax, legal or financial adviser. Your accountant signs off.
Asks 3 setup questions about your tools, how you work, and what comes first.
2
Sets up one tool at a time and checks each one with a small read-only call.
3
Shows a plan you approve, then a first result on sample data.

SAMPLE DATA: made-up QuickBooks exports for a small design studio. Review a transfer it caught, a duplicate bill and two invoice reminders before anything changes.
Skills inside
Getting started and weekly report: your tools first, then a short money report each week.
Month-end close and bookkeeping: sorted, checked books with open questions listed.
Invoices, bills and fraud checks: reminder drafts, duplicate bills and changed bank details.
Payroll prep and accountant pack: hours and changes checked, plus a tidy pack for your accountant.
Yes. All nine Superbots are free to add now. More are coming soon.
Does a Superbot act without your approval?
By default, no. It waits for your yes on anything that sends, posts, spends or imports. Once you trust it, you can choose to let it act on its own for the steps you approve.
Do I need every listed tool?
No. During setup, it checks which tools you have first. If a tool isn’t connected, it can use your browser or files instead.
Press Ctrl+N (or use + at the top of the sidebar), name the Bot, pick a shape and colour, and choose Create. Then tell it its job in the first message.
