Draft dated

Draft, not legal advice. This is a plain-English working draft that hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer yet. It will be reviewed and finalized before any paid product opens.

What we collect

  • Your email, when you ask for the free guide or sign up for updates, plus the optional answers you give (for example the one-question survey on the thank-you page or the Bot Audit).
  • Messages you send through the contact form: your name, email and message.
  • Payment details, when paid products open. These are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic server logs kept by our host (Netlify), such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.

What stays in your browser

Your theme choice (light or dark) and your lesson progress and checklist ticks are saved in your browser’s local storage. They aren’t sent to us. We don’t use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To send the guide and the short email series you asked for, reply to messages, deliver products you buy, and keep the site secure. We don’t sell or share your email address.

Who processes it

  • Netlify: hosting and form submissions.
  • Kit (ConvertKit): email delivery, once connected.
  • Stripe: payments and billing, once paid products open.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data through the contact form. [To be reviewed: data retention periods and regional rights such as GDPR/CCPA wording.]
