Getting started
Is the guide really free?
Yes. The PDF costs nothing; you just tell us where to send it. The paid kits and membership are optional, and you never need them to use the guide, the free lessons or the templates.
Who is this for?
People already using Grok Bot who want it to run more of their work. You don’t need to code. If you’re brand new, start with the free lessons in Module 0 and go in order.
Do I need to code?
No. Every setup ends with a prompt you paste to your bot, and the bot does the technical part. You only sign in to your own apps yourself. Passwords never go in a chat.
What does Grok Bot cost?
Grok Bot is sold by its makers, separately from Swarm School. In October 2026 it came with the Premium ($30/mo), Super ($100/mo) and Ultra ($200/mo) plans; Plus and Free didn’t include it. Check the official plan page before you buy, because prices change.
Templates, course and membership
Are the templates free?
Yes. Every single template page and its zip download is free, with no email needed. Paid packs, when they open, bundle templates that work together.
What’s in the course, and is it open?
Ten modules and 38 lessons, from one bot with one job to a full swarm with a chief of staff, handoffs and backups. Six lessons are free and open now. The full course opens with the membership.
How much will the membership cost?
$19 a month at the founding price, later $29 for new members. It isn’t open yet and nothing on this site charges you today. When it opens you’ll be able to cancel any time.
Email, compatibility and independence
Will you spam me?
No. After the guide you get five short emails over about 10 days, each with one thing to set up, then one email a week at most. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we never sell or share your address.
Does it work with ChatGPT or other agents?
It’s written for Grok Bot. The ideas (shared skills, memory, backups, handoffs, quality checks) work with any AI agent tool, and most prompts work with small changes. Features like routines depend on what your tool can do.
Is Swarm School part of xAI or Grok Bot?
No. Swarm School is an independent project. It isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of Grok or Grok Bot. We run our own swarm and share the setup that works for us.
