Refund policy

One-time products ($5, $7, $39)
If a kit or the Swarm Blueprint isn’t what you expected, ask within 14 days of purchase through the contact form and we’ll refund you in full.
Membership
You can cancel any time from the “Manage billing” link, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. If you forgot to cancel and haven’t used the course since your last renewal, ask within 7 days and we’ll refund that month.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
